CRoW returned to Highwood Nature Reserve, with the Wokingham Borough Council’s Countryside Services team, to remove laurel. This is an invasive species that tends to take over, and we remove it in order to increase the diversity of plant species on the woodland floor. We removed a lot, but there’s a lot more to do, so this is going to be an on-going task!
